Lean on Me

DAY 17

John 14:26 (NKJV)

26 But the [a]Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.

We tend to underutilize the Helper God gave us in the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit doesn’t just have knowledge of our past and present but also our future. The Holy Spirit has the total picture of whats going on, we do not have that same understanding. It is important to allow the Holy

Spirit to teach you beyond your understanding.

As you practice learning His inner voice through confirmations and mistakes, you will become better at listening to the voice. His voice can guide you through everything even if the process feels unknown, contrary, and/or new. You are not a bother or weight to the Holy Spirit. It is His joy to help you. The Holy Spirit shouts “Lean on Me.”

CHALLENGE, PRAYER OR FAST | Prayer is not just a list of requests we recite every day. Prayer is a conversation between you and the Holy Spirit filled with speaking, confessing, listening to the Holy Spirit, of covering and protection. This conversation with our Holy Spirit can happen all throughout the day. Open your prayer life to be able to happen in your 24 hour day. You can pray out loud or silently. Lean on the Holy Spirit as your lifeline.
