GIRLSMILE has committed to impact the lives of young girls by equipping them to apply spiritual and practical applications to every day issues.

Goals

• To educate young women on the values, motivations and skills necessary to develop phenomenal, unique, righteous and extraordinary women.
• To motivate transformation from within.

What We Do

GIRLSMILE is a mentoring and leadership program for young ladies age 8-17 designed to teach self-esteem, self-worth, and self-confidence. The program supports young women on their journeys to discover their true potential. GIRLSMILE provides the young ladies with access to the resources necessary to achieve social, spiritual, and academic success. The program helps them build character, integrity, relationships, leadership skills, and achieve goals. The program is built on Christian values and principles.

Requirements to Serve with Us

• Commit to Christ, and to Oasis Family Life Church-under the leadership of Pastor Anthony and First Lady Christina Murray. All members must believe in and be committed to the vision of Oasis --To model the image of God and the likeness of the Kingdom; To educate and to demonstrate God effectively in our personal lives, within the community, and the global marketplace.
• Complete the new member’s class prior to serving in the ministry.
• Attend the Leader and Worker’s meetings
• Promote and be committed to the vision of GIRLSMILE.
• Complete orientation, group interview, training and probationary period.
• Successfully complete a background check.
• Be a faithful in tithes, giving, and sowing.
• Strive to grow spiritually, mentally and financially in Christ
